All India Institute of Medical Sciences is situated in New Delhi or (AIIMS Delhi) is a medical school, hospital, and public medical research university. The institute is ranked first in India by the National Institutional Ranking Framework, popularly known as NIRF. The institute was established through an Act of parliament, and it operates directly under the ministry of health and family welfare. AIIMS has India’s first and the only minimally invasive surgery training center. The institute is still expanding, and hence they had to establish four more campuses processing performing as an extension.
