Overview – University of Pennsylvania is a private university situated in Philadelphia in the state of Pennsylvania in USA. It is informally called ‘Penn’ and is the fourth oldest university in the United States. The University was founded by Benjamin Franklin, who was one of the founding fathers of the United States. The University is spread across 299 acres and houses 12 schools: seven of which only offer graduate courses while the remaining five offer both graduate and undergraduate courses. The University has a huge alumni base and job offers are generally high for the graduating students.
